...where shame meets grace!

Ray and Susan Kelley, founders of the DaytonaOutreachCenter, having previously walked the streets of Daytona addicted, broken and alone were saved by God's grace and called back to the same streets to help those who are stuck in the same pit of despair and hopelessness that they once felt.  The DOC is simply a place of light in a dark place that not only speaks the Word of God, but strives to live it out boldly each and every day.

Matthew: 25:34-40 Jesus said, "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came and visit me. Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?' The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me."

Our Purpose

We exist to be the hands and feet of Jesus on the streets of Daytona. To comfort the hurting, weep with mourning and rejoice over the many prodigals returning home.

 We have the answer, no matter the question...His name is Jesus!!!!!    

2 Corinthians 1:3-5 "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. For just as the sufferings of Christ flow over into our lives, so also through Christ our comfort overflows."

The DOC Inc. is located at the corner of North St. and Ridgewood Ave. in Daytona Beach, the heart of downtown.
